Rubinza Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Provide customer service
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain inventory
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a organized workspace

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing minutes of meetings, and providing administrative support to team members.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
