About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Dr. LeBlanc Corporation. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Relay messages, answer phone calls, and maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in electronic medical records, word processing software, and MS Office.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-38 hours per week in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a team player, you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively with our staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Language

This position requires bilingual skills in English and French.
