Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Professional to join our team at Dr. LeBlanc Corporation. As a key member of our dental office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients and clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and staff members, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, sitting, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, time management, maturity.
Work Environment
  • Private Sector: Work in a private sector environment, specifically in a general office setting.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Software: Proficient in electronic medical records, electronic scheduler, word processing software, MS Office, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
Experience
  • Experience Level: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 38 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Language: Bilingual.
