Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Services Officer to join our team at AZD Carriers. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
The successful candidate must be willing to relocate and travel regularly as required.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and assess new administrative protocols
- Establish work priorities to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Oversee administrative activities within the organization
- Manage policies related to record release in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks
- Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures
The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in:
- Spreadsheet applications
- MS Excel
- MS Office Suite
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
- MS Word
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of managing a large workload
