Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Services Officer to join our team at AZD Carriers. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate and travel regularly as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and assess new administrative protocols
  • Establish work priorities to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
  • Oversee administrative activities within the organization
  • Manage policies related to record release in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures
Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in:

  • Spreadsheet applications
  • MS Excel
  • MS Office Suite
  • MS Outlook
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Windows
  • MS Word
