Marketing Director

Caltechgroup is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing initiatives, brand management, and communications strategies. As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's presence across various channels, overseeing high-impact campaigns, managing public relations efforts, and leading communication initiatives that align with organizational growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, visibility, and recognition among target audiences.
- Create and implement media plans to maintain high visibility in key markets.
- Assess and evolve Caltechgroup's brand identity, messaging, and visual assets to align with industry trends and target audience preferences.
- Provide marketing budget oversight to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize ROI on campaigns and events.
- Foster relationships with community partners and industry organizations to build brand reputation and drive awareness.
- Lead internal initiatives to promote Caltechgroup's services, enabling employees to market these services to clients.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure campaigns meet or exceed business goals for engagement, lead generation, and brand recognition.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events to align with Caltechgroup's brand identity.
- Develop, manage, and implement corporate communication strategies to support internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- 8+ years' experience in a similar position, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, and platform management software.
- Strong, effective, and authentic verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional editing abilities.
- Experience in graphic design.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor others.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
