About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Integrated Marketing Platform, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Marketing Consultants and driving increased revenue through senior-level B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Marketing Consultants and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet their sales targets.
  2. Regularly communicate with Marketing Consultants to motivate and assist with strategy and providing insights.
  3. Visit customers with Marketing Consultants as required to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Identify opportunities within our CRM system and utilize a combination of web research, prospecting, and email tactics to seek new business.
  5. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our business development strategies are effective and aligned with market needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and business development tactics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
