We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Production
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet established quality standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
