As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that our products are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure that all products are prepared and delivered to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure that all products are delivered on time.
- Monitor and maintain quality control to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that the bakery has all the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure that all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare special orders for customers, including custom cakes and pastries.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and meet health and safety standards.
- Operate machinery to prepare and bake products.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the bakery has all the necessary ingredients and supplies to operate efficiently.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry shop.
- Permanent employment.
- 35 to 40 hours per week of work.
- Anglais as the primary language of communication.
