Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Cafe Bon Bon Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Production: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet established standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
