WHAT WE'RE SEEKING?

The Retail Team Supervisor serves as a vital link between the management team and sales associates, facilitating the operational activities of the store while inspiring the team to surpass objectives. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role provides essential support and coverage in the absence of Store and Assistant Managers. The Supervisor exemplifies exemplary sales and customer service practices at all times, fostering an environment dedicated to delivering a consistently exceptional and positive shopping experience for both customers and staff.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting; experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively lead a sales team, recognized as a leader among colleagues.
  • Proven background in POS system management, daily financial procedures, and timely report submissions.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Capacity to collaborate with others while also being self-driven.
  • Availability for a variety of weekly shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Assisting management in onboarding and training new associates.
  • Coaching team members on customer service principles and providing constructive feedback.
  • Helping to resolve customer service issues.
  • Overseeing and assigning tasks to maximize the efficiency of store operations.
  • Communicating performance feedback to store management regarding individual and team achievements.
  • Ensuring that the team receives scheduled breaks and meal periods.
  • Encouraging open communication on the sales floor.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Carrying out opening and closing procedures, along with any inventory responsibilities as directed.
