NBS STEEL FRAMING & DRYWALL LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Collect and record administrative and service fees, assist in preparing annual budgets, and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Human Resources: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, and other administrative services. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
- Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Operational Management: Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient administrative operation, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
