About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our Rooms Division team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and promoting our lodge and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage guest reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, conference services, and tours
  • Stay up-to-date on local attractions and activities, providing recommendations to guests
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Meet and exceed guest expectations, seeking feedback and taking action to improve services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of local area and attractions
  • Basic computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office
