Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a strategic role in driving business growth and achieving our objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with global and regional leadership to drive business growth and development
  • Collaborate with the Vice President, Strategy and Sales Operations to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan
  • Prepare strategic presentations and visual support for executive leadership
  • Work with MHCC on North American projects and initiatives to promote bilateral collaboration
  • Manage and support the introduction of new products and services
  • Keep a pulse on the external market and customer trends to provide proactive sales and marketing solutions
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization
  • Identify and assess potential strategic initiatives, projects, and partnerships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, including project management, business development, or business strategy
  • Strong business relationships with professionals in the equipment finance industry in Canada
  • Bilingual (English & French) spoken and written
