Construction Crew Member

Ruthven Greenhouse Construction Ltd is looking for a reliable and industrious Construction Crew Member to become part of our workforce. In this role, you will engage in a variety of construction activities at our job sites. If you thrive in outdoor environments and possess physical stamina, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport and manage construction materials efficiently
  • Interpret blueprints and adhere to project specifications
  • Support the assembly of structures, including framing and roofing
  • Prepare ground surfaces and assist in paving
  • Clear construction debris and maintain site cleanliness
  • Manage traffic flow as required
Qualifications:
  • No specific educational background necessary
  • Experience ranging from 7 months to under 1 year
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy items
  • Must possess steel-toed boots, hard hat, and safety eyewear
Work Conditions:
  • Outdoor work in a dynamic and physically challenging environment
  • Exposure to noisy and dusty surroundings
