Job Summary

Ruthven Greenhouse Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide accurate and reliable work
