We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Ruthven Greenhouse Construction Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

• Loading and Unloading Materials

You will be responsible for loading and unloading construction materials, such as lumber, tools, and equipment, from trucks and other vehicles.

You will assist in various construction tasks, including framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.

You will assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.

You will direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure the safety of workers and the general public.

• Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.

You will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.

You will work on a construction site in a rural area, with room and board provided.

You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

You will be required to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) of weight.

You will be required to demonstrate accurate, client-focused, dependable, reliable, and team-player skills.
