About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Ruthven Greenhouse Construction Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Read Blueprints to Determine Work Requirements
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials Such as Concrete and Asphalt
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications
  • Pave and Rake Asphalt
  • Assist in Demolishing Buildings
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
  • Direct Traffic at or Near Construction Sites
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be physically demanding.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
