Job Title: Construction Laborer

Ruthven Greenhouse Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Work Environment:

As a Construction Laborer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. The work site environment is noisy, dusty, and physically demanding.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Accurate and reliable
  • Client-focused and dependable
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
