Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our North America sales team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling, promoting, and demonstrating our RIDGID & Greenlee lines of tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to deliver incremental sales growth
  • Provide exceptional customer support through field product demonstrations, training, and technical support
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key distributor partners and end-users
  • Track and analyze sales performance using CRM software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing territory business plans to deliver incremental sales growth
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix-managed environment with shared goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support of B2B sales
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with CRM application experience a plus
