About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated geographical territory, cultivating relationships with retail partners, and driving strategic initiatives to increase sales and market share of brand products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive increased sell-through and market share in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and field leadership to collaborate on strategic initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze sales and market data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate and lead training events, both in-person and virtually, to educate store associates on product features and benefits.
  • Monitor and report on market conditions, competitive activity, and sales performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of combined sales and/or retail sales experience, with a strong background in retail business and/or wireless.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and report data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with retail partners, field leadership, and internal stakeholders.
