Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Pinky Nails&Spa Corporation is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

The Nail Salon Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling work, arranging maintenance and repair work, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Staff Management

The successful candidate will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, as well as train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Reporting and Requisition

The Nail Salon Supervisor will prepare and submit progress reports, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and resolve work problems.

Requirements

  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
