Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Services and Operational Procedures: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
