Requirements
  • Minimum five years of hands-on experience implementing and upgrading Workday HCM solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, business administration, or human resources management.
  • Proven expertise in Workday HCM advisory engagements, process design, and project reviews.
  • Exceptional client service orientation with a demonstrated track record of success in business development activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is an asset.
  • Workday HCM certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
