Workday Payroll Consultant and Implementation Lead

As a Workday Payroll Consultant at HR-PATH, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and maintenance of Workday Payroll for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and configure Workday Payroll to meet those needs. Your expertise will be essential in providing training and support to end users.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation and Configuration: Participate in all phases of the implementation of the Workday Payroll module, analyze client needs, and configure Workday Payroll settings to ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Project Documentation: Develop project documentation, including design documents and testing, to ensure seamless implementation.
- Client Communication: Maintain daily communication with clients and HR-PATH consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support for the final solution to end users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the Workday Payroll system effectively.
- Delivery and Maintenance: Monitor the delivery of bug fixes and enhancements from the vendor, participate in testing, and conduct technical controls to ensure the system's stability and security.
- Experience: 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.
- Workday Payroll Knowledge: Deep knowledge of at least one Workday Payroll Module (Pay Component Configuration, Taxes, Accounting, Payroll Reporting, FLSA, Flat Sum Bonus, Retro, Payroll Business Processes, EIBs & Data Conversion) as well as Security and Reporting.
- Certifications: Workday Certified a plus.
- Language Skills: Excellent English level, French a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
