About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Mucho Burrito Mission. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers, while maintaining a high level of food quality and presentation.

Food Preparation and Cooking

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including meats, vegetables, and grains, to ensure consistency and quality.

Kitchen Operations Management

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and presented in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment

Language

English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
