Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Leto's Steak and Seafood House Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize our kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
