In this exhilarating position, you will utilize your industry expertise, sales acumen, and strategic mindset to craft and implement a successful Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, attract new clients, and position Deliverect as a key player in the Grocery & Convenience sector.
A Typical Day
- Design and execute strategic initiatives for penetrating the grocery, convenience, and alcohol markets in North America.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer requirements, analyze competitors, and identify industry trends.
- Create customized GTM strategies, including lead generation methods, ideal customer profiles, pricing strategies, and sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with essential industry players, such as retailers, distributors, and technology partners.
- Identify and pursue potential partnerships to enhance reach and credibility.
- Actively seek new business opportunities within these emerging sectors.
- Generate qualified leads, secure meetings with key decision-makers, and navigate the sales process to finalize agreements.
- Manage and expand a diverse client portfolio within these industries.
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor Deliverect's offerings to meet the specific demands of grocery and convenience businesses.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success) to create compelling sales materials, onboarding programs, and support initiatives.
- Represent Deliverect at industry events and conferences relevant to the grocery and convenience sectors.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor actions to guide strategic choices.
- Utilize data analytics to pinpoint sales trends, assess campaign effectiveness, and refine the sales process for optimal ROI.
- Continuously review performance metrics and adjust the GTM strategy to meet revenue objectives.
Your Expertise
- 5-8 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a solid record of surpassing sales goals in the software or technology sector.
- In-depth understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Grocery and Convenience businesses in North America.
- Capability to formulate and implement comprehensive GTM strategies tailored to the Grocery & Convenience markets.
- Proactive and innovative approach to lead generation and prospecting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in leveraging data analytics to enhance sales performance.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing market environment.
- Familiarity with the restaurant technology ecosystem, including POS systems, online ordering platforms, and delivery services.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), project management tools, and other sales enablement technologies.

- This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering a mix of in-office and remote work. Proficiency in English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills being critical. Fluency in Spanish is considered a valuable asset.
