Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Shell.
Job Summary:The Convenience Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Manage cash handling and point of sale systems
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet business needs
- 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems
