Job Summary

LAWRENCE MART CONVENIENCE is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales and operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Manage inventory, orders, and merchandise
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Work Environment

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
