About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Lethbridge AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration and reconstruction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead a team of skilled tradespeople and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, restoration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
