Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical/Plumbing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading shop construction/field installation teams, managing project contracts, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical and professional customer service to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and manage project estimates, proposals, and contracts.
  • Lead and manage shop construction/field installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, and quality assurance.
  • Utilize 2D/3D CAD for idea development and customer information review.
  • Ensure a safety-conscious attitude and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Canada.
  • Coach and lead supervision and construction teams.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination.
  • Engineering diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • PMP certification.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
What We Offer

C&A Group offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $105,000, paid vacation, benefit packages, company-paid RRSP contributions, technical and leadership training, and career growth opportunities.
