About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2869468 ONTARIO INC. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and manage office expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Provide data analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
