Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Task Management
    • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, management, and external partners.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed.
  • Computer and Technology Skills

Requirements
