About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Ali Crane Operations Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support project delivery.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure project profitability.
  • Quality and Risk Management
    • Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
