About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our team in achieving exceptional client experience and driving business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing insurance store operations, reinforcing a client-first culture, and representing RBC Insurance within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve market sales plan results and drive team sales success.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market news, and internal information to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, business development, and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and market insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Relevant certifications, designations, or licenses (e.g., LLQP, Financial Planning designation).
