Job Title: Data Entry Supervisor

PANJAAB TRANSPORT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and Supervise: Train and supervise a team of 3-4 data entry staff to ensure they are meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on data entry performance and provide analysis on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of data entry equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice and guidance to data entry staff on data entry procedures and software.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule data entry work to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet productivity targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a data entry role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
