Job Title: Data Entry Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team at PANJAAB TRANSPORT. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring smooth operation of equipment, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work Environment:
