Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Frank and Gino Grill and Pasta House/Greco Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food products.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift and move objects as needed.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment, with regular exposure to food and kitchen equipment.
