The Project Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing project schedules, while also leading a team of Project Managers to achieve project goals.

  • Oversee a project team within a designated regional area
  • Support the creation, monitoring, and fulfillment of training and development initiatives
  • Engage in the recruitment process for new team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and address HR-related matters
  • Guide the project team in managing and delivering projects from initiation to completion
  • Oversee resource distribution and daily operational functions
  • Provide leadership and assistance to the project team
  • Organize and track project timelines and deliverables using suitable tools
  • Ensure that project outcomes align with the company’s quality benchmarks and contractual obligations
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation
  • Facilitate effective meetings with team members and clients

Qualifications for Success

  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project setting is preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience of 5-10 years within the electrical sector is preferred
  • Project Management certification (CAPM or PMP) is advantageous
  • Electrical education or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential
  • Effective planning, organization, and decision-making skills are required
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills are necessary
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (bFO) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally is required
