Regional Construction Manager

As a key member of the Premier Truck Group team, the Regional Facilities and Construction Manager will oversee the development and construction of our facilities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a strong understanding of design drawings and the ability to provide creative design solutions to meet program requirements.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in larger scale retail and/or automotive dealership design and construction management, with a strong background in entitlement processes and consultant management. They will be responsible for coordinating with regional operations teams and corporate executive teams throughout the life of the project, reporting regularly on construction progress through project completion.
The Regional Facilities and Construction Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are documented and attending meetings as necessary to move the project along. They will inspect projects regularly to ensure that all work is performed to design specifications and in conformance with automotive OEM requirements.
Regional Facilities and Construction Manager Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management related fields, with a minimum of 7-10 years of construction/redevelopment experience. They will have a proven track record in the entitlement process and consultant management, as well as site planning and project design experience. Working knowledge of CAD, MS Office, MS Project, Photoshop, and PDF writer is also required. Frequent travel is required for this role.
