About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saab Uppal Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters and labourers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during projects, including resolving conflicts and finding solutions to technical problems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accuracy and reliability.
