Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saab Uppal Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including carpenters, labourers, and other tradespeople.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including budget updates and scheduling information.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material deliveries and equipment rentals.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and dependability.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Term:

Permanent.

Hours:

35 to 40 hours per week.
