Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saab Uppal Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, ensure projects are completed on time, and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters and labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively with contractors and stakeholders, and experience with project management software.
