Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saab Uppal Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and estimate costs and materials.
  • Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, including carpenters and labourers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Requisition and Ordering: Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Skills: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
