Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saab Uppal Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters and labourers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accuracy and reliability.
