Position Overview
The role of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Nova Scotia Health encompasses the preparation, distribution, and administration of radiopharmaceuticals utilized in diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions. This position also involves upholding quality assurance protocols and executing intricate computer analyses.
Candidate Profile
- Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- Certification from CAMRT
- Licensure from NSCMIRTP
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Capacity to collaborate and adapt to evolving circumstances
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Proactive in skill enhancement
- Proficiency in French is advantageous
Work Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role that requires shift work.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an hourly wage of $39.96 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
