About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team at Barco. As a key member of our Surgical & Modality Imaging Solutions team, you'll be responsible for managing one or more key accounts, helping them adopt, integrate, and co-develop our products. You'll be the main point of contact, guiding the account through the entire product lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to turn their needs into products and services that help them succeed and grow with our healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive renewals and minimize churn by proactively managing customer accounts, monitoring health metrics, and addressing risks.
  • Represent customer interests and feedback to internal teams, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to meet customer needs.
  • Provide training and resources to enhance customer adoption, track and report on customer success metrics and account performance.
  • Handle and escalate customer issues as needed, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in roles like product specialist, project management, or similar, ideally in a project-focused company. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in medical applications is preferred, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with teams, coordinating across departments like engineering.
  • Fluent in French and English, with the ability to present to groups and adapt to new ideas.
  • A willingness to travel up to 20% globally and visit customers in Paris regularly.
