Job Summary

The Leibel Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Insurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their commercial insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial insurance products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely issuance of policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and policy details.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client policies to ensure they are meeting their business needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and grow our commercial insurance business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, including liability, property, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance) an asset.
