Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized team member who possesses a deep understanding of commercial lines products and is able to provide exceptional client service. They will be responsible for providing accurate quotes, upselling and cross-selling insurance products, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Providing prompt and professional service to clients and prospects
  • Managing a book of business and maintaining accurate records
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and underwriters
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
  • Participating in marketing efforts to promote existing risks and attract new business
Qualifications
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
  • License in good standing with the Alberta Insurance Council
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • 3-5 years of commercial lines experience preferably in a brokerage

Location and Status
  • Edmonton, AB or Calgary, AB
  • Full-time position with a Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm schedule
