Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 5007114 Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize payments and returns, and manage cash handling
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain store displays and visual merchandising
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Manage store security and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
